With Valentine's Day just a few weeks away, one man on a budget decided to surprise his wife with something special, and it's a genius idea. Instead of buying her a dozen roses that would eventually wilt, he opted to make her a bouquet using simple, everyday household items.
In the video, he shows a step-by-step guide for making a Valentine's Day rose out of an empty Coke can. All you need is the can, a knife, and a pair of scissors. (Please note: If you attempt to try this at home, be careful not to cut yourself on the sharp edges of the soda can.)
As he cuts away at the Coke can, it slowly transforms into a beautiful red rose flower. He shows you the basic template plans and origami needed for cutting, folding, and rolling the aluminum soda tin into a beautiful Valentine's Day rose. This is such a great way of recycling cans into a DIY craft project that anyone can do at home.
