Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled Eggland’s Best eggs
  • 3/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • Toasted bread

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice hard-boiled Eggland’s Best eggs. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the celery, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, black pepper, and dill. Stir.
  3. Serve egg salad on toasted bread with tomatoes and arugula.
