There are some people who will happily go above and beyond the call of duty in order to save one of our four-legged friend's lives. The man in this unbelievably adorable video is one of those amazing people!
The good people at "Heaven On My Earth Animal Rescue" are a group of passionate animal lovers who take in strays of all sorts, unwanted dogs, and do their best to save as many dogs from high kill shelters. Though they can't save every single dog in need out there, they certainly do their best, and the video below shows them at their very best.
Deep in a tiny culvert, a beautiful, but very frightened young mother was found cowering alone in a dark hole. She probably didn't have much hope; the surrounding landscape seems dusty and barren, and does not seem to be an ideal place to raise a family.
Luckily, there are some people out there who will do whatever it takes to save the day. And just like Ruggles the tiny puppy, this mother was given a second chance at life thanks to some wonderful humans.
As this brave man crawled into the dusty hole, I had no idea what he was going to pull out. Watch the video to see just how deep he goes underground, it's unbelievable! Would you ever go that deep into a hole like that?
But when he crawls back out again, my jaw hit the floor. At the end of this fantastic video you'll be smiling, and we're sure that if that mama pooch could talk, she'd be saying "thanks!" Hopefully this beautiful dog will find a wonderful "forever home," but in the meantime we're happy to know that she's in a safe place, surrounded by people who will love and care for her!
