Hospice Nurse Speaks Up When She Makes A Connection With A Dying Man

As cliche as it sounds, life is so short and you should live every moment to the absolute fullest.

Rebecca Turley is a hospice nurse who is all too aware of how random life seems to be. She's helped countless people in the last days of their lives — pediatric patients, people who have fought long and hard against diseases — and every single day Turley has been by their side on one of the most important days of those people's lives.

And through all of that she's learned one incredibly important fact: Don't sweat the small stuff. Turley had just finished her 13-hour shift when that fact really hit her hard. She had just been with a man who passed away, and really felt a connection to him and his entire family. While it's always sad to say goodbye, sometimes it can be beautiful in its own way. And Turley feels a special honor and responsibility to help those people move on to the next world.

Turley realized just how important it is to enjoy life as much as possible, to have meaningful relationships with people, and to just be nice. She felt this so much that she had to pull over to the side of the road and record a quick video to post to her Facebook.

While she wasn't expecting anyone to watch her video or care, it turned out that her message was so touching that it's gone super viral. In a short amount of time it's gotten over 15 million views, and when you watch what she has to say you'll easily understand why she's touching the souls of so many people in the world.

Amazingly, even with her newfound fame, she plans to remain in hospice care and continue with her life as it's always been.
