Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsps. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsps. sugar
  • 2 Tbsps. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsps. flavorless oil (like canola)
  • 4 Tbsps. milk

Instructions
