Someone over at the Wisconsin Humane Society has a great sense of humor – and a great talent for naming cats!
Recently, the Cat Adoption page became an Internet sensation because the names of the cats are surprisingly creative.
The woman responsible for naming the cats recently came forward and noted that the creative names have somehow gotten people to adopt the cats at the shelter much faster than normal. The cats with the original names tend to get adopted "within a week," which is highly unusual. Usually, she says, it takes about three months for an adult cat to find a forever home.
