By now, you may have heard that American billionaire Donald Trump is running for President of the United States in 2016.
The real estate magnate and former Apprentice host's announcement came as a surprise to many, but no one was as shocked as some of the horrific things he went on to say about Mexican immigrants being "criminals" and "rapists." One thing I love so much about the United States is what a melting pot of different people, as seen in this touching video from Honey Maid. With the Migration Policy Institute saying that Mexican immigrants make up for 28% of the nearly 41.3 million foreign born living in our country, Trump's extremely racist and offensive generalization clearly upset more than a few people.
In the following video, the YouTube prankster and Mexican immigrant behind UDsyde Films wanted to see who agrees with Trump's rude accusations and who does not. As you can see, he went about it in a pretty strange way, dressing up like a criminal in an orange jumpsuit, with handcuffs and chains on. I'm honestly not sure what I would do if I saw someone looking like this on a busy street, but after a few seconds, his mission was pretty clear.
The overwhelming support for immigrants is a lot stronger than the unnecessary hatred in our country!
