16-Year-Old Isaac Waddington Wows ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ Audience

There are lots of amazing performers out there, but the moment you start watching Isaac Waddington starts to sing, you know he's different. This 16-year-old might appear shy and quiet at first, but when he sits down at the piano, you can almost feel a humble sort of confidence radiating from him. When he took the stage this week in the semi-finals of Britain's Got Talent, the audience screamed. But when he sat down to perform Bonnie Raitt's heartbreaking song, "I Can't Make You Love Me," everyone was instantly mesmerized by this talented teen.

We were first stunned by Isaac when he auditioned for the show with the Billy Joel song "Always A Woman." Everyone immediately fell in love with his heartfelt performance, and the same thing happened when he sang during the semi-finals. He may not have the powerhouse voice that this 12-year-old Whitney Houston fan does, but what really makes him special is how much feeling he puts into his music. Every time I listen to him, I know he's singing from his heart. I couldn't help but tear up when he performed Bonnie Raitt's song — it really reminds you of just how much it hurts when you love someone who just can't love you back.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think I actually like Isaac's version of this song more than the original! Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Bonnie Raitt fan, but there's just something about the feeling that this young man puts into it that sends chills down my spine. I'm really hoping to see Isaac in the final round, and based on the judges' and audience's reactions, I'm definitely not alone.
