There are those people in the world that simply sit on a higher tier of goodness than the rest of us. These folks are totally selfless, and will do anything in their power to help others in need. They don't have an ounce of greed or nastiness inside of them, and they bring rays of sunshine wherever they go.
Jesse is one of those people. While he is barely a teenager, he has a greater understanding of what is important in life than so many full-grown adults. Recently, he had his bar mitzvah, and while it may take a few more years for some men taking this big step to truly mature, it's clear that Jesse was really ready for this moment.
Before he took his step into manhood, he happened to read about a young girl with a rare brain tumor back in 2011. She and her mother had to regularly fly to Boston for treatment, and it was taking a huge hit on their bank account. She was a total stranger to him at this point, but he still knew that he had to do something, anything, to make her life better. He wrote her a loving letter and sent $20 to go towards her medical expenses.
But then, one day at school, Jesse walked into a huge surprise in his classroom.
What this young man does next is so selfless and inspiring that it's almost hard to believe. But, believe it! He's just that wonderful, and that's why Ellen had to have him and Jasmine on her show.
