Groom Dumps Bride Before Wedding, Then She Gets Revenge On Facebook By Giving Service Away

Jennifer Howard and her fiancé were engaged for six months. They planned on getting married in Fort Worth, TX, in a very special ceremony.

The date was set: December, 13, 2014—or 12/13/14. Hundreds of couples would gather at the Glen Rose Stockyard to see the couple commit to one another. But right before the ceremony, Jennifer's fiancé dumped her.

Keeping a positive attitude in the video below, Jennifer suggests that maybe it just wasn't meant to be. Nevertheless she had already spent around $1,000 on the dress and jewelry, and the venue and ceremony were paid for and non-refundable.

She had no intention of using the items, so Jennifer decided the best payback was to pay it forward. She took to Facebook to share her story and give her entire wedding package away.

"I am giving away a wedding," she wrote. "It's already paid for and non-refundable. I would hate to see it just go to waste. It is going to be beautiful and amazing."

Right after Jennifer posted the message, family, friends, and interested couples flooded her inbox.

"If I am not getting the wedding I wanted, then I can give it to somebody else. Let them enjoy the special day," she says.
