If loving Jimmy Fallon is wrong, then I don't want to be right. The Tonight Show host is one of the most talented, hilarious, and overall entertaining people on television, and the guests that he brings on his show never fail to disappoint, either. When he teamed up with actor Jack Black, I expected to laugh. But I never expected to swoon over their cover of Extreme's 1990 hit "More Than Words." I had no idea these guys had such great voices!
Jimmy Fallon may be known for his great sense of humor and fun personality, but he's quite gifted in the music department as well. He's performed a two-man doo-wop with Billy Joel and blown everyone's minds when he performed this song with Barbra Streisand. I think this jam has to be one of my favorites that he's done, though. From the great vocals, to Black's hilarious facial expressions, to both singers' luscious locks, this whole cover is just flawless. We can only hope that these two collaborate together on an entire album one day!
My favorite part of this song is that it's the last song I'd expect Jack Black to be singing. He's proved that he can rock out in his movies like School of Rock and Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny, but his voice in this video is serenade-worthy! Is it bad if I prefer this version of the song over the original?
