They Heard This Animal Calling For Help. What They Found STUNNED Them…

When you live in the United States, you are not likely to wake up to any wild kangaroos in your backyard. But when you live in Australia, home to over 34 million kangaroos, it's not all that uncommon (like the family who caught two males having a boxing match in the middle of their suburban neighborhood) — an encounter is quite likely to happen at one point or another.

Kangaroos are shy by nature and don't generally pose a threat to humans. In fact, they can be very sweet, like this adorable video of a kangaroo who just wants to play with this puppy. Wild kangaroos are sometimes hunted for their meat or hides. So when the kangaroo in this video gets his head caught in a watering can, he could've found himself in a lot of danger. With the weather really dry, the poor thing was scavenging for some water, and after locating some in the bottom of a watering can, he soon found his head was stuck. But fortunately for this lucky guy, the nearest neighbor was a skilled wildlife wrangler who was there to help.

Up against a scared, six-and-a-half-foot-tall kangaroo, these men could've been very hurt. Watch how they put themselves in harm's way and attempt this daring rescue.
