Kate Gosselin took to Instagram to share a rare photograph acknowledging four of her sextuplets on their 20th birthday. "No more teenagers in this house!" the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star wrote. "Happy 20th birthday, my forever babies! I love you! Who feels old? I know I do! #20yearsold #ItsaPICKLE ."
The picture showed Alexis, Aaden, Leah, and Joel Gosselin smiling at the camera while standing by a counter with a homemade cake sitting atop it. The chocolate-frosted cake had decorations that looked like peppers and a pickle.
Her other two sextuplets, Hannah and Collin, were not in the photo. They have been living with their father Jon Gosselin for years. Kate and Jon's oldest daughters, twins Mady and Cara, also weren't in the photo.
"Missing Collin and Hannah but wow Happy Birthday to them!" one person commented.
"Wow, that is crazy!!" another fan said. "How are they 20?!They literally grew up infront of our eyes!! Happy birthday to the sextuplets!! ."

Other commenters weren't so nice with their words.
"She threw one son away and probably drove Hannah away! Worst mother ever," one person said.
"Mommy dearest is exactly what she is," another person said. "Don’t expect more from her because her fame was more important than being a good person. She saw only dollar bills with those kids."
While a lot of the comments were a little judgmental, some came to Kate's defense.
"Stop bad mouthing Kate!" one user wrote. "She may not be perfect but neither was Jon. How many of you could have done a better job? Her organization skills alone raised those babies more than her spouse did. So 2 kids like Jon better that is their business. Shut up and leave Kate alone. She has 6 kids that love and appreciate her. I watched all their shows so there. God bless you Kate and all your children. Whose family is perfect?"
Jon & Kate Plus 8 ran from 2007 until Kate filed for divorce from Jon in 2009. The show then became Kate Plus 8 in 2010 and continued to follow her and her children until it ended in 2017.
Though Collin and Hannah weren't posted on their mom's page, Hannah made sure to acknowledge her birthday on her own account. “Made you look, twice #20thbirthday,” she captioned a post on Instagram. “Happy 20th!!!! Daughter. ❤️ u,” Jon wrote in the comments.
In 2022, Collin opened up in a rare interview with Entertainment Tonight about his relationship with his mother. He talked about being institutionalized twice by Kate for behavioral issues before he was able to send a message to his father, who found him and got him released.
"After being there, I didn't have a relationship with her," Collin said of his mom. "Even before [being] there, I don't think we had much of a relationship and I think that just kept tearing it even more down."
