Judge Orders Estranged Wife Of Kevin Costner To Leave Their Home By The End Of July

Kevin Costner's estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, has been court-ordered to move out of the home the former couple share together by the end of the month. The 49-year-old had previously requested to move out in August, but that was denied.

The two were scheduled for a conference management hearing on July 5, 2023, with Judge Thomas Anderele.

Christine appeared in person while Kevin attended via Zoom. He remained muted the entire time. He had formerly requested she vacate the house no later than July 13, 2023.

Even though Christine filed for divorce, she remained in the house despite their prenuptial agreement that required her to leave within 30 days of a divorce filing. She had also reportedly requested $248,000 a month in child support to provide a "suitable separate household" and living arrangements for their kids.
