Sometimes we'll come across a story that's so touching that we'll do whatever it takes to make sure that you and as many of your friends as possible get the chance to hear about it and even help spread the word to others.
While not much is known about the mysterious note, one thing is for certain, the small child who wrote it did something pretty heartbreaking. They made the difficult choice of giving their beloved kitten up for adoption in order for her to have a better life.
Giving up this kitten to the care of the non-kill shelter known as "MEOW Cat Rescue," this child made sure that their cat was going to receive the best love and care it deserves. We can only hope that this mystery child is okay, and that their home life situation isn't too bad and that they're safe.
For a child to take such a drastic step is pretty worrisome, but maybe, just maybe, someone will recognize this cat and investigate the home it came from.
