Kris Jenner’s Former Security Guard Sues Her For Sexual Harrassment And Racial Discrimination

Kris Jenner's former security guard is has filed a lawsuit against the media mogul for sexual harassment, racial and gender discrimination, and wrongful termination. Her daughter, Kourtney, has also been named in the lawsuit.

According to legal documents obtained by People, Marc McWilliams states that Kris "embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with [McWilliams] of an inappropriate and sexual nature."

All claims and allegations have been denied by Kris Jenner through her attorney, Martin Singer.

"Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the completely false claims made by former security guard Marc McWilliams. His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him. The security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there after the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car on the job. Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later."

Her lawyer also commented on Kourtney's inclusion in the suit.

"Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution."

The allegations reportedly date back to when Marc first began working for Kris Jenner in May 2017. The filing states, "Between May 2017 and September 12, 2018 defendant Jenner began repeatedly and frequently causing her body to come into intimate physical contact with the body of [McWilliams] and making overt comments of sexual nature to [McWilliams] on a repeated basis."

The suit also claims that Marc McWilliams complained to his supervisors at David Shield Security and to the Human Resources department about the inappropriate behavior. He further states that he told Kris "such misconduct was unwelcome" and that he asked her to "cease and desist any such further misconduct." He states that Kris did not heed either statement or request.

Instead, the filing claims that Kris began retaliating against Marc instead. He claims that she "began a campaign of harassment, intimidation and further torment." He goes on to state that Kris, Kourtney, and even the company he worked for made up "false disciplinary excuses such as tardiness" and "false claims of 'poor attitude.'"

The filing doesn't stop there. Marc McWilliams also states that he was harassed and mocked in front of his colleagues, and had to contend with "suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist and otherwise discriminatory comments." His hours with Kris Jenner were reportedly suspended, but he was still working with Kourtney for a time.

Marc was fired on September 12, 2018. His suit includes that he feels "entitled to punitive and exemplary damages in an amount as yet unascertained but sufficient to punish and make an example of defendants, and each of them."

The lawsuit also details the behavior that Kris reportedly subjected her former security guard to.

The filings note that "she massaged him without consent, rested her hand on his thigh and groin, touched him without consent, and suggestively exposed herself."

Kris and Kourtney have not issued a statement aside from what was put out by Kris' lawyer. Kris has only taken to Instagram to promote the latest episode of her family's television show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Kris and Kourtney aren't the only members of the family who have been tied up in lawsuits this year. Kim's company KKW Beauty was recently sued by Seed earlier this summer, with the company seeking to protect its trade secrets amid reports that Kim is considering selling the majority of her business to a third company, Coty.

KKW Beauty and Seed have been working together for three years, but the company has expressed concern that Kim will disclose company secrets in the same manner that her younger sister, Kylie, did when she sold the majority of her own company to Coty at the beginning of 2020.
