Seriously, there's nothing cuter than unusual interspecies friendships (like this adorable husky and baby chick duo, for example!) and this next pair is no exception. Lacey the alpaca was abandoned at birth and grew up without a mother. Thankfully, a family brought her to their farm to raise her. She was bottle-fed and grew up with the family's cats. The trio quickly bonded and have been inseparable ever since. Even though the alpaca is grown up and much larger than the cats now, she still thinks she's one of them. These unlikely friends will brighten your day and put on a smile on your face!
As Lacey lounges on the deck with her buddies, she cuddles up and sleeps with the cats. Together, they make the world's warmest pile of fuzz! This might be the sweetest case of mistaken identity.
Can you imagine what it would be like if people were more like animals and saw only the things that made them similar, not different? I think it's safe to say this world would be a much nicer place to live in!
