Weddings are already a joyous occasion, but when you add a Broadway star, a fabulous supporting ensemble and amazing choreography, now you've got a CELEBRATION!
Groom Lin-Manuel Miranda's new wife, Vanessa, should have expected something special from her Tony Award winner husband on their wedding day, but she never saw this performance coming in a million years!
Lin recruited Vanessa's father to do a "toast" that quickly escalated into a song and dance for "To Life", the perfect wedding day celebratory song from the classic play Fiddler On The Roof. We have to remember that Lin is a professional performer, but the rest of his supporting cast and crew helped him put on a Broadway-caliber performance!
On his YouTube page, Lin shared this description of the performance: "My surprise for my wife Vanessa on our wedding day. All of Vanessa's close friends and family rehearsed for a month in secret, leading up to the reception. What we lack in polish, we hopefully make up for in joy and love. In any event, everyone in this video has one thing in common: We'd do anything to show Vanessa how much we love her."
