There are some days we want to remember forever, like our family and friends' weddings, or our own!
So, usually, photographers and videographers end up making sure we can remember those moments forever.
But Kate Kehrel never wanted to look at the photos from her sister's wedding ever again.
After seeing the photos, which were given to the family afterward, she was devastated.
She was 305 pounds at the time, and not happy with the way she appeared in the photos. But instead of dwelling on it, she changed her life.
As part of the Joy Fit Club, she and another great woman, Nina Gibson, lost a total of 19 dress sizes combined.
Gibson has a touching story to go along with her new lifestyle as well.
