It is amazing how you can be going about your life, downright enjoying it even, and then someone comes along and has to ruin to your day. When Mandy Lamrini posted a photo of herself on Facebook, she didn't think much of it. After all, that's what Facebook is for, sharing photos with your friends. Little did she know that bullies would hijack her page.
After Mandy shared the photo, she received over 40,000 comments. Many of them were making fun of her eyebrows. Commenters called the woman ugly and even said her eyebrows looked drawn on with a Sharpie marker. As any mother would say, if you have nothing nice to say, then don't say anything at all. There is simply no reason to unload negativity at an undeserving stranger because you would make a different choice than them. Luckily, many were quick to defend Mandy, who stuck up for herself and her unique appearance…

Mandy Lamrini posted a photo of herself on Facebook. The woman was shocked when she received harsh, negative comments from online bullies. Commenters called her eyebrows "awful, "creepy," and "ugly." The photo received over 40,000 comments, and many of them were needlessly cruel.

Commenters went so far as to alter photographs to make fun of her and share them on social media.

Mandy gets her eyebrows tattooed on after shaving them off. She feels the process suits her and is happy with how she looks. So what's the problem? Has anyone's eyebrows ever really affected anyone's life? Live and let live.
"I have to walk around with these eyebrows, not you," Mandy said.

When the bullies began to overpower her page, many came to Mandy's defense, proving once again that acceptance will always drown out the voices of the haters.
"Everyone should do what makes him or her happy," one commenter said.
“I think it’s quite wonderful. Looks absolutely natural and bring[s] total joy in your face,” another said.
