If You Have A Baby In THIS Country, You Get More Than 2 Years Of Paid Leave. This Blew My Mind!

Moms, whether they're single or partnered up, always seem to get the short end of the stick.

However, in other countries like Finland, moms are well taken care of through government programs.

I've known moms who were politely offered maternity leave by their jobs — only to return and find out that they've been let go.

I've known parents who have been forced out of their homes and states because the expenses of raising a child in a good home, in a good neighborhood, and in a good school were just too high.

I've known women who were told to their faces by their bosses that they would not be promoted if they planned on having children.

I've known too many women who were asked in job interviews if they wanted kids, only to discover their answer would determine if they were hired.

Moms have it hard. In and out of the workplace they are left without necessary support systems to allow them and their children to thrive.

Though so many moms make do and so many moms prevail triumphantly, I have to wonder: Should it be this hard to be a mom?

After I watched this video, I learned the answer: It's only this hard for moms in the United States.

I think after watching the two-minute video below, we can all agree: Moms are superheroes.
