There’s all sorts of weird things that happen in Russia, but this one takes the cake. It looks like a family built what they call a “Cat Elevator” that helps their cats get inside. I have to admit, it doesn’t look too safe, but then again, it is Russia after all, nothing is safe over there! It is pretty clever though! Please SHARE after watching!
