Let me paint you a picture: A family gathers at Lake Michigan for one big surprise; everyone is huddled nicely together.
Breanne Clark is there with her current beau Bill Devaney. They even had one of their first dates at the location.
Eva, Breanne's mom, is there, and her sister Bridgette is manning the camera.
A big moment, a big surprise, a big milestone is about to happen then — thud — mom face plants right in the sand.
And boy does she linger! Sometimes moms can't help but make us crack up, like this mom who lip syncs to her daughter's tantrum.
“Little did we know my mom’s clumsiness would do the distracting naturally!” Bridgette told BuzzFeed.
Breanne cannot stop laughing. I mean, who would be able to? She just lays there in the sand. Rest assured, Mom was fine.
“Nothing got hurt on her except for maybe her ego,” Bridgette said.
However, while Mom was busy quite literally burying her head in the sand, and Breanne was preoccupied with hysterically laughing at her — something was going on behind them. It turns out Bill had a bit of a surprise of his own planned.
