Thieves Clean Out Mom’s New Home, So She Totally Destroys Garage Door Asking Strangers For Help

In life, accidents can happen, and many families suffer tragedies they feel were brought onto them unfairly. One such family may be Georgianna Reid and her son.

Last January, the home she lived in for 38 years burned when her Christmas tree caught fire. Since, she and her son have tried to rebuild their lives, moving down the block while their home was being renovated.

She even purchased thousands of dollars worth of appliances, like a washer and dryer, hoping to install them soon. She kept all of these expensive things in her garage.

But now she's devastated: thieves broke into the garage, and totally cleaned out the home, taking all of the appliances with them.

She's working with police to find the two men responsible for the crime, but Reid is also trying to take matters into her own hands: using a can of spray paint, she posted a message on her garage door, defacing her own property.

In it, she's asking strangers for help, offering a $5,000 cash reward to anyone who can help her find the people who have caused her so much pain.

If you live in the Kansas City, Missouri area and know anything about this crime, you can help this family out in their time of need.
