The mom spoke to Good Morning America about how much her son loves basketball: he loves watching it, he loves playing it with his family, and he often has a ball in his hand. The mom told the outlet that her son "just really gets excited about basketball," which is evident in the video.
People who commented on the video were seriously impressed because the toddler was extremely "attentive" for a 2-year-old and clearly knew what was happening.
Many observed that he actually noticed before everyone else, and seemed to wonder why no one else had reacted to the play.

The cute moment captured in the video is normal for the toddler, his mom explained. "That's his reaction watching basketball all the time," his mom told Good Morning America.
