Here at LittleThings, we like to put the spotlight on amazing mothers all the time — not just one day a year. However, Mother's Day is a great time, because everyone stops to take a moment to remember the women we each call Mom.
Heartwarming videos like this one remind us that moms don't want candy, jewelry or flowers on Mother's Day (although they can't hurt!). For many people, just being a parent is the best gift within itself. To celebrate their own mothers and give moms everywhere a reason to smile this Mother's Day, the a capella group Home Free made the following video, in which they cover Garth Brooks' song "Mom." It's hard not to tear up during this performance of the song, which tells the miracle of life from a new baby's perspective.
The group told Faith Tap, "Home Free considers it a privilege to be able to honor all of the amazing moms out there with this beautiful, poignant song." When you hear this touching ballad, I think you'll agree that it's worth sharing with someone you hold close to your heart.
