Neighbors can be really great sometimes, but they can also be passive-aggressive, messy, or sometimes downright rude. If you're lucky, you and your neighbors are all great buddies and are able to share a good laugh at the summertime block party you all plan together.
Others are simply not so lucky! Others, still, are just confused as to what's going on in the house next door.
