I've always been a person who likes having both feet on the ground most times. Riding bikes, for example, or swimming, have never been my forte. And I've never tried skateboarding — I know would fall off in a heartbeat! I'm sure that many have, which is why it's always important to wear a helmet when enjoying even an innocent activity like that.
This newscaster probably thought that stepping onto a skateboard would be pretty simple, but it's apparently not as easy as he thought! He was reporting live on the air, with perhaps hundreds of viewers tuning in. Fox 4 News's Matt Stewart puts the skateboard on the ground, and in a split-second decision, hops on.
Just a few seconds later, he loses his balance and falls on the ground! His concerned colleagues wondered if he was OK, but he merely laughed off his minor bump, likely giving everyone at home the giggles, too! After all, mistakes that happen live on the air can't be corrected, and the anchors must find a way to laugh off mishaps — just ask this meteorologist about her questionable choice of dress!
