2014 is without a doubt the coldest winter I can ever remember… and for stray animals the weather can be deadly. I could not believe the way a kind woman found this poor kitten FROZEN to the ground outside her house! The poor little kitty must have gotten his fur wet from the snow and then froze to the ice on the ground. I feel so bad for this sweet little baby. Thank God he is going to be ok!
