Any cat owner will tell you that one of the greatest things about cats is that they are completely true to themselves and, generally, do whatever they want. They will come whenever they feel like it, they will eat whenever they feel like it, and they will knock things to the ground whenever they feel like it.
Thanks to that amazing keen sense of independence, cats are kind of looked at at the intellectual's pet, they like their personal space but they will cuddle up to you when the time is right, even if it goes against everything we want as owners. Just take this hilarious video for example where famed actor and magician Michael Carbonaro shows everyone exactly what happens for all cat owners after returning home for an extended period of time.
