They say that when you've lost something, the first thing you should do is ask yourself, "Where did I see it last?"
While sometimes this method works wonders, it's not always the most effective search and rescue tool. (After all, if I could answer that question, it wouldn't really be lost anymore, right?)
Besides, some lost objects simply can't be seen by the naked eye. If you've lost something small, like a contact or an earring, you might have to get a little creative in order to find it.
That's why I absolutely love this amazing life hack. I didn't think it would work at first, but when a favorite ring of mine rolled into the dark abyss of my floor vent, I decided to give it a shot.
To my shock, this simple trick worked beautifully. With just a pair of pantyhose and a vacuum cleaner, I'd found my ring within seconds! It was a huge relief. Who knew it could be so easy to find something you lost?
