A lot of people still bristle at the idea of having a pig as a pet.
Aren't they dirty? Aren't they loud? Aren't they stubborn? Since so many of us are used to seeing pigs on the farm, rolling around in mud and eating from piles of discarded food, we tend to hesitate when we think about keeping them as pets. But actually, pigs are highly intelligent, highly emotional animals, and they make really great companions. As long as you have the space and the knowledge to keep a piglet around the house, they are just as loyal and wonderful as a dog or cat. And sometimes they're even more adorable!
Hamilton the pig is the "office" pig at a local veterinary office, and he has a very particular way of showing just how much he appreciates treats. He "savors the flavor," as the YouTube poster says and, after watching this video, I think it's safe to say that no one enjoys food more than this guy!
