25 years ago, police officer Michael Buelna was responding to a call when he heard the faint sounds of what he thought was a cat meowing behind a dumpster in a nearby alley.
When he went to investigate, the officer discovered a tiny, abandoned newborn baby who still had his umbilical cord attached. Michael immediately grabbed the baby and brought him to a paramedic. Weighing just over four pounds, Michael named the baby "Adam." Adam was eventually adopted by a wonderful couple who renamed him Robin.
From that day forward, Robin hoped and prayed he'd someday see Michael again, to thank him for saving his life and ultimately giving him the family he'd always deserved.
Today, Michael is a retired police officer — and in the incredible video below, watch as Robin is finally reunited with the man who saved his life 25 years ago. It's emotional, to say the least. We've seen cops do remarkable things, and Michael is no exception. Robin's biological mother was sentenced to three years in prison for child endangerment and attempted murder. He says he's trying to find her, and wants to tell her he forgives her. Just incredible.
These two men share a bond like no other. Please SHARE this amazing video with your friends on Facebook!
