She Looked Up And Took A Photo… What She Captured Has Gone Viral For One HUGE Reason!

Ah, rainbows. It’s not very often that you come across them, but when you do, it’s hard to look away. There’s just something so captivating about them.

Remember Bear Vasquez, who became famous after his hilarious reaction to seeing a double rainbow was shared on YouTube?

There are even myths tied to these beautiful natural occurrences. It’s hard to forget the little girl who is convinced that her grandmother has a pot of gold when she sees a rainbow over her house.

And, while it’s incredible to see just one or two, imagine seeing four? A woman named Amanda Curtis witnessed such a phenomenon while waiting for the train in Glen Cove, NY.

She posted a photo of what appears to be a quadruple rainbow on Twitter and it was quickly retweeted over 1,000 times.

While some questioned the authenticity of the photo, Curtis confirmed to The Weather Channel that she did in fact snap it with her smartphone. Research meteorologist Paul Neiman has also backed the picture.

“This is an outstanding example of a primary and secondary rainbow (relatively common) occurring together with their reflected-light counterparts (quite rare),” he wrote on Facebook, as shared by The Washington Post.
