The most recognizable character from the show is Dwight Schrute, played by Rainn Wilson. Dwight is a salesman at the fictional Dunder Mifflin Paper Company, and in addition to being the butt of most jokes, he has a very unique sense of style.
Dwight wears basically the same outfit to the office every single day: a mustard-colored shirt, an ugly tie, and his iconic glasses. In addition, he rocks a goofy center part in his hair.

In his real life, though, actor Rainn Wilson usually rocks a pretty significant beard.
And the facial hair totally changes the way his face looks!
When he was young, Rainn Wilson went without facial hair — and the hair on his head was actually quite curly.
"When we first got together in 1991, my wife took this picture of me in Central Park," Rainn wrote with this photo.
Some people even think that with a beard, Rainn looks less like Dwight Schrute and more like Parks and Recreation character Ron Swanson!
The photo above really shows the resemblance he has to that character, played by Nick Offerman.
Rainn makes sure to have some fun with his beard, too. He's always making jokes about his facial hair.
