Dane Porter is a senior with down syndrome who is about to graduate from high school this June, and he is one incredible person. To celebrate him and his achievements, his school came up with the perfect way for him to say goodbye to their school!
He FINALLY got what he had always dreamed of – to be included in the drum line for his school's pep rally. Porter's friend wrote on YouTube, "One of the biggest things is that if you have someone in your life that isn’t capable of performing at the same level as the experts, we should still find ways for them to participate and be involved in the things they love.” Dane will always remember this moment, and so will his friends and classmates.
