While actress Scarlett Johansson is known for her both her talent and beauty, she often finds it frustrating that her appearance overshadows her talent.
This isn't an issue only celebs have to deal with, children as young as 5 years old begin to hate their bodies.
In 2012, the actress got fed up when an interviewer asked her Avengers co-star, Robert Downey Jr., about his craft as an actor, whereas she was asked about her diet.
The reporter asked Robert Downey Jr.:
“How did you approach this role, bearing in mind that kind of maturity as a human being when it comes to the Tony Stark character, and did you learn anything throughout the three movies that you made?”
Then he asked Johansson:
“Scarlett, to get into shape for Black Widow did you have anything special to do in terms of the diet, like did you have to eat any specific food, or that sort of thing?”
Too often interviewers ask men questions about what they think and women are left with questions about their bodies.
Scarlett responded to the reporter by saying to Downey Jr., "How come you get the really interesting existential question, and I get the like, 'rabbit food' question?”
Flash forward to three years later. Scarlett Johansson and, her Avengers: Age of Ultron co-star Mark Ruffalo are being interviewed by Cosmopolitan UK.
The interviewer does something refreshing, she asks Ruffalo all the questions Scarlett is normally asked and vice versa.
We have to hand it to Ruffalo for being such a good sport about it!
