You can hardly get online anymore without seeing a post from a friend about their latest and greatest DIY project. With so many tutorials and websites dedicated to using what you've got to make something beautiful, or repurposing something originally headed to the trash bin to create a unique one of a kind piece, the saying that "one person's trash is another person's treasure" has never been truer.
It's incredible to see the kinds of things that people are able to make when they put in a little hard work and elbow grease, and the best part about all the DIYs you see online is that they encourage others to try their hand at being crafty as well! And because each piece is different than the next, each person is creating their own beautiful artwork.
While some people prefer to plan out projects and take apart old furniture to make unique pieces, like using using dresser drawers to accessorize around the house, or using an old door to create a beautiful and one-of-a-kind entry way, others would rather search for pieces they can transform and wing it when they get a little inspiration.
Danish artist Thomas Dambo falls into the latter group, but never disappoints when inspiration strikes.
Using materials like scrap wood and construction material that has been tossed aside, he and his team build amazing sculptures that you would ever believe came from "trash".
His latest sculpture, a piece that he calls "Olav the Wolf", might look a little grimacing, but you can't deny that this work of art is absolutely awesome!
