It's well-established that Bindi Irwin is one fabulous dancer. She stunned in her debut, and then moved the crowd to tears when she honored her late father, the beloved Steve Irwin.
But now it appears that her wildlife friends are also proving their own skills at the cha cha!
Watch this sea lion shimmy with a trainer at the Ocean World of Puerto Plata, in the Dominican Republic.
When you first see the trainer, you're probably unsure of what he's holding. Then, there's a dark, towering figure that's just as large as he is!
I thought he was just hugging a giant sea lion, but then I saw the animal actually move…and move to the beat no less!
He dances perfectly to the rhythm of the music, following his partners footsteps. With his flippers around the trainer's hips, it really does look like the two are dancing a sophisticated cha cha!
Just look at the look on the trainer's face when he's dancing with his beloved companion. He's so happy to be sharing this moment with the talented sea lion, and clearly getting into the groove too!
I love this little interaction between this sea lion and his trainer. It shows how affectionate sea lions really are.
