Many people tend to think that all soldiers wind up fighting in war zones, when many times it's just the opposite. As you'll see in this next video, there are many, many ways to serve your country in the U.S. Army.
Meet The Six String Soldiers. This new four-man acoustic group, which falls under the Army Field Band banner, has already been making waves and it's not just with the Army.
The band posted the following video to Facebook on February 9th and at the time of publishing, only three days later, it received over 150,000 shares and more than 30,000 likes.
One possible reason is that the band is located in Worcester, Massachusetts, which has seen record-breaking snowfall this year. Their quick performance of The Beatles' "Here Comes The Sun" could melt even the coldest of hearts!
Army Field Band groups also perform for fellow soldiers to keep them in good spirits and remind them how much we appreciate their service. These guys are true heroes in more ways than one!
