There’s nothing unusual about seeing someone on a skateboard cruising down the street. But replace the human with an animal and I’m sure many heads will turn in disbelief.
There’s Didga, an Australian cat who became an internet sensation after her impressive skateboarding skills were uploaded on YouTube. Similarly, a bulldog named Gabe hilariously showed off his skateboarding skills on America’s Got Talent.
Now there’s an adorable pooch named Bamboo who skateboards better than most people. His owner, Mike Bolaris, shared the entertaining video on YouTube and it shows the rescue dog gliding by the beach.
Bamboo seems to really enjoy the activity because he doesn’t even try to get off the board. And just watch what he does with his hind legs at the :35 mark — it’s adorable!
“Some days I’d skateboard on our morning walk so Bamboo could get a little extra exercise before I had to work,” Bolaris told GrindTV. “One day, I let him try rolling down a very small hill and he liked it.”
He added: “After a couple of months he could skate all over town and I was tired of having to run alongside him, so I bought him his own Carver [skateboard].”
