Do You Put Sugar In Your Tea Or Coffee? If You Do, You Should See This.

Although everything should be eaten in moderation, it's a known fact that soda has some adverse effects and contains a lot of sugar. But did you know that some so-called "healthy" foods like yogurt and fruit smoothies actually contain just as much sugar as a can of Coke?!

Even if you aren't trying to lose weight, the hidden sugar in some foods will likely come as a complete surprise. The World Health Organization recommends consuming no more than 25 grams of sugar per day, yet the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) reports that the average American consumes anywhere between 150 to 170 pounds of refined sugars in one year! This occurs because there's "hidden" sugar in unsuspecting foods like bread, spaghetti sauce, and ketchup.

Our friends at BuzzFeed compiled a list of very commonly eaten foods to show us what 25 grams of sugar really looks like. The truth is very shocking. Trust us, you'll be re-thinking your diet after watching this video.  As always, please remember: you are what you eat and drink.
