Every December in Beijing, people gather to have some fun and celebrate a special pastime in such an awesome way!
The Swingtime Ball and Contest attracts a ton of talented dancers from all over China to compete and have the time of their lives dancing to live jazz music.
For one talented swing time dancer, this flashback to the 1930s and '40s was the perfect opportunity to show off his dapper outfit, smooth moves, and a completely show-stopping surprise.
The dancer's routine started out pretty normal. Surrounded by lots of friends and even more complete strangers, he pulls out his best dance moves as the extremely enthusiastic crowd cheers him on.
Suddenly, he looks around for a partner to share the dance with. He picks a seemingly "random" woman from the crowd and had her close her eyes to make her part of his show.
As soon as the song changes to "Marry You," by Bruno Mars, I knew what was coming. Her boyfriend came out of the audience with roses and completely swept her off her feet!
What a wonderful and unique surprise proposal!
