Separately, synchronized dancing and skydiving are incredible feats that require courage and focus. I have yet to wrap my mind around even attempting to skydive, and I don't think I would have the patience to attempt any kind of synchronized activity. This wind tunnel synchronized dance looks really fun, and partially realizes my dream to fly, but I like keeping my feet on solid ground!
It may be the one activity that comes the closest to this daredevil act, caught on camera by the experts at GoPro. Soaring over the beautiful and intricate shoreline of Dubai, two skydivers are combining the two activities and making us queasy with excitement!
Watch as the GoPro cameras catch every calculated move, from the moments they reach out to grasp the very edge of the aircraft before launching themselves out, to when they start "dancing" in midair.
If you ask me, I would be more concerned about the moment I would have to release my parachute, but these two dancers seem fully focused. The GoPro turns around them as they twist and turn and somersault in the air!
They may not be perfectly synchronized, but they put on a pretty impressive performance!
