Whether you have actually watched the show, or have just heard about it from all of your friends and family, you're probably aware that the long awaited Orange Is The New Black, Season 3, is now available for streaming on Netflix.
It is a hugely popular show that follows the stories of women incarcerated in an upstate New York prison, loosely based off of one woman's true story.
Starting in the first season, the show gives viewers an idea of how the prison system works from the inmates point of view. We see women as they enter prison for the first time, and take on the shock and reality of what their lives will be like for the remainder of their incarceration.
While the show depicts a highly dramatized version of what may actually go on in prisons, it also brings some humor to the situation, like this video by funny gal and Hollywood makeup artist Jamie Greenber intends to do. And it shows women dealing with the issues that arise in their everyday lives in prison, like stomaching the somewhat questionable food, to waiting in line for shower time, and even buying things like makeup at the commissary.
Unlike makeup tutorials we have seen by other professional makeup artists like Nikkietutorials, this one is done all with items that women — like the ones OITNB — have available to them while in prison.
You've got to admit, the Pepto Bismol and drink packets really don't look too bad!
