Whenever I go into to Target for something as simple as paper towels, I end up buying approximately 100 other things.
I love shopping at Target and, as it turns out, employees love working at Target, too. It's always great to hear that a company takes care of its own.
Remember when Costco presented a sick employee with a paid vacation, or when Tim Horton's repaid their best employee with this amazing reward?
Based on the video these laid off employees made, it looks like Target really takes care of its employees. However, Target recently closed all of its stores in Canada — which means all of their employees lost their jobs.
Six employees weren't about to leave on a bitter note. They enjoyed working at the department store until the very last minute.
"We poured our heart into our final goodbye through song, to a job we loved, and a building that contains so many great memories,” one of the employees, Evan, said.
"A testament to their talent, they did this with no practice. Shot in one take with a Canon Rebel T4i and lots of improvisation thrown in!" The videographer, Eric Deibert, wrote on Youtube.
