We've seen fans do some wild things for the celebrities they support, but this one might take the cake! A Taylor Swift fan in Topeka, Kansas, is making headlines after programming his holiday lights to sync up to one of his favorite Taylor Swift songs!
Louie Cortez and his family have been putting on holiday light shows with their beautiful setup for the last decade. What started with a humble six channels of control has grown to over 200. The family even has their own radio station to tune into so you can hear the music from the comfort of your own car. Louie grew up watching videos of these kinds of light shows and knew he'd want to do one of his own some day. This year, he combined his love of lights and tech with his love for Taylor Swift, and the results are nothing short of awesome. I'm sure the Swifties are just flooding Louie with requests for his next masterpiece!

This is Louie Cortez. For the last decade, he's been designing, planning, and programming holiday light shows at his family home.

Louie grew up watching videos of elaborate light setups and knew he wanted to try it himself.

As you can imagine, coordinating a holiday light show is a lot of work. Louie spends a lot of time trying to get the lights and music to sync just right.

There's also price to take into consideration. While doing something lovely like this for your community can be fun, it can be costly if you aren't careful. Luckily, Louie has his LED-based display down to a science.

The Cortez family even hosts a lighting event for members of their community to enjoy. They also raise money for a Topeka nonprofit that helps adults with disabilities.

This year's light show has proven to be extra special and has generated a lot of buzz, thanks to one of Louie's brilliant decisions.
While designing this year's show, Louie decided to incorporate one of his faves into the mix: Taylor Swift.

When the show was ready, Louie posted a video of the display for his fellow Swifties.

As it started making the rounds on Twitter, Swifties were OBSESSED with how good the light show was for the song Louie picked, "Ready for It."

The video did so well on Twitter that Louie posted it to Facebook, too, where it started going seriously viral. You can watch the full video on the Cortez Holiday Light Show Facebook page.

Fellow Swifties have been tagging the singer in the video, with hopes that Taylor will reach out to Louie.

Fans who have been enjoying the Cortez Holiday Light Show for years have also expressed how excited they are for all the well-deserved attention Louie's receiving.

The light show regulars are also rooting for Louie to hear from Taylor Swift about the awesome display.

Now all we have to do is watch the lights and wait on Taylor's response! Awesome job, Louie!
