Teen Notices Drunk Man At Target, Then Blocks Him When He Tries To Touch Young Girl

When we go shopping with our families, we don't expect to be confronted with scary situations. One mother certainly didn't expect for her daughter to encounter one while at Target during the few minutes she was in the bathroom.

The mother left her young daughter with their items, a more or less common practice. Seventeen-year-old Cameron Cook was at the same Target, with his mother, when he noticed the girl.

But it wasn't her who caught his attention: It was the man not far from her. He had a "demonic" look in his eye, staring her down.

Then Cook saw that the man was touching himself.

Cameron's mother also took notice and tried to usher her son away from the situation, as the man was drunk. But the teen knew he had to intervene.

At that moment, the man started thrusting himself onto the girl, and Cameron bravely got in his way. He pressured the man about what he was doing, staying perfectly calm.

It didn't take long for the man to storm out of the store, yelling and cursing that he "wasn't a pervert."

Cameron's mom admits this could have easily turned into a dangerous situation for everyone, but that her son was always one to stand up and do the right thing. Thanks to him, this young girl was spared from what could have been a very traumatizing situation.

The store, appalled by the situation, submitted security footage of the incident to the police in hopes of catching the man.
