Mom’s Purse Disappears From Car During Family Lunch, Then Teen Son Says He Knows Who Did It

Mom Shonda Hughes was eating lunch with her son Kason and the rest of their family when an emergency situation arose.

The teen son recalls looking out the window and locking eyes with a suspicious-looking woman. He kept details about her face engraved in his mind, not realizing that he would need those details later on.

When the family exited the restaurant and opened the doors to their car, the mom noticed something very wrong: she was shocked to see that her purse had been snatched right from the front seat!

She was even more shocked when her son claimed to know who did it: he believed that was why the strange woman outside the restaurant was looking at him in a funny way.

The police were called, and when they arrived at the scene, Kason claimed to know who the thief was. He gave them all the details he recalled about the woman he locked eyes with outside the restaurant, and within ten minutes, cops were able to find her and bring her back to the scene of the crime.

Thanks to his good memory, Kason was able to get his mom's purse back!

She tells 2 Works For You, "He is my hero, that's what I told him, the first thing I said. 'You are my hero; you are my hero today.'"
