This recent artistic fad is so gorgeous and realistic, it's taking over social media. And it's all due to one artist, who calls herself a botanical tattoo artist.
Meet Pis, a Russian tattoo whiz whose elegant designs are the most delicate things we've seen.
Seriously, her masterpieces look like watercolor.
For Pis, she's inspired by the world around her. "The mood of my art changes with the seasons. I grow flowers and watch them attentively, looking at each fractal detail in petals and leaves. They're not as simple as they seem! I like to study plants, animals and birds of different countries, too, always searching for new ideas," she said to Illusion magazine.
Among nature, her other inspirations include travel and culture.
